Illinois Electrical Employers Workers Compensation Association, Inc. - On June 30, 2008, orders were entered approving the Liquidator's plan to distribute a third and final dividend in the amount of 16.9477% to all claimants whose timely-filed claims were allowed at priority level "d", and to close the estate, discharge the Liquidator, and terminate the liquidation proceedings.  See Order Approving Liquidator's Third Plan of Distribution of Assets and Order Approving the Termination of the Liquidation Proceedings and the Closing of the Estate
